Gionee M2017 - Flagship killer from Gionee

A new Gionee smartphone has been certified by the Chinese telecommunication authority TENAA listed as Gionee M2017,

As far as Specifications are concerned 

• Gionee M2017 offers you a large 5.7 inches AMOLED QHD (2560*1440 Pixels) display resolutions protected by a Corning Gorilla Glass
• Powered by a MediaTek octa-core 1.96GHz processor.
• The phone has 6GB RAM and 128GB storage with no external memory support.
• The main camera on the Gionee M2017 is a 13 & 12 MP shooter with Auto Focus, , Video Recording. The smartphone also has a Front Facing Camera capable of shooting 8 MP selfies.
• The phone gets a Dual SIM support for easy calling and connectivity options includes Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, WiFi Direct, Bluetooth, USB, A-GPS, NFC etc. 
• A mammoth 7000 mAh Li-Po Battery supports the Gionee M2017 for long back up and talk time.
• Other features are Proximity Sensor, Accelerometer, Compass, Ambient Light, Gyro, Fingerprint etc.
• Measuring 155.2×77.6×10.65mm and weighing in at 230g, with its large battery
• It's listed as running Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow 

The listing on Tenaa showed the device to feature just one color variant, Black. It is not mentioned if the M2017 will be featuring Quick Charge, but as experience would tell; it is important that they do. There's currently no information on the device's pricing and availability Moreover, the smartphone is expected to be powered by a MediaTek processor and also said to house a fingerprint scanner, which will be embedded in its home button.
